Vapex Instant AA Rechargeable Batteries 2500 mAh are the latest in rechargeable batteries technology that retain 80% of their capacity after 6 months and 70% after 12 months compared to standard Ni-MH rechargeable batteries that lose 1% capacity per day. So after 1 month on the shelf regular high capacity 2900 mAh batteries will be down to 2000 mAh.

They are very similar to Sanyo's Eneloop batteries. Suitable for all high drain devices such as cameras, MP3 players, CD players, walkmans, radios, torches, flashlights, toys, remote control cars or indeed any device that uses standard AA size batteries.

Also suitable for low drain devices that are used infrequently such as remote controls and transistor radios.

These are fantastic batteries. I initially bought some even cheaper batteries from elsewhere which were hopeless - just didn't hold their charge - a waste of money. These Vapex ones are brilliant. I have used them extensively in both high and low power appliances and am still very happy with them one year on. So much so that I have just bought some more - for the office this time!

Also - the service from Electronics Warehouse is superb including very quick delivery. I first bought from this company via ebay - a very lucky find.

Hi i purchased 8xaa vapex rechargeable batteries & charger before we travelled to Bali.I used them untested in our Fuji 2950s camera,they performed with no problems.They were giving a thorough workout ,taking about 1000 shots with only two charges.They easily outperform most alkaline batteries and will pay for themselves many times over.Don't buy alkalines buy these. My husband was originally looking at the Sanyo Eneloop brand, but when I found you n the 'net, we decided to give Vapex a try. I'm so glad that we did! Just wanted you to know that I received 3 packs of these Vapex instant AA rechargeable batteries, and I've been really satisfied with the product and your service. I had never heard of the Vapex brand before and had always used Sanyo Eneloops. But the price of Vapex batteries, combined with your free shipping, made these NiMH instant rechargeable batteries the best buy in Australia. I see no difference in quality between these Vapex instants and Eneloops, so they are a much better value.
