All cleared payments received by 9 am weekdays will be shipped that day. Free shipping is with Australia Post’s regular parcel post service, which has no tracking number or postal insurance. If you feel there is a chance your order could be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we also offer registered parcel post for just an extra $2.95, which has a tracking number and postal insurance up to $100. For orders over $100, we will cover the extra insurance free of charge. We will also send all purchases over $60 registered post or express post at our discretion to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

We will also pay for return shipping. Please send all returns to our reply paid address and return shipping costs will be billed to our Australia Post account.
